Service Description

Mobile Notary Appointment between 8:00am and 8:00pm: Base travel fee of $75.00 includes 10 miles of travel to the address of your appointment [all mileage is calculated one-way from Portland International Airport] and 30 minutes of on-site time [session begins at your scheduled appointment time or our arrival time - whichever is later]. Additional travel mileage over the included 10 is $2.00/mile. Additional on-site time over the included 30 minutes is $20.00/10-minute extension [$120.00/hour]. Each individual notarial act is $10.00 [per signature/oath].

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 4 hours of your scheduled appointment during standard hours, or any cancellation of after hours appointments will result in full charge of all travel fees and after hour appointment fees.
