Travel Fees

Fees for the Notary Public to travel to your appointment location.

Standard Travel Fee

8:00am - 8:00pm

Over 10 miles one-way adds $2.00/mile*

Travel Time

All mobile appointments include 20 minutes of one-way travel time from PDX. Additional travel time adds $20.00/10-minute extension**

*Travel mileage is calculated one-way from Portland International Airport to the service address.  **Visits to downtown Portland zone (south of Fremont, west of Hwy 99E, east of 35th, north of  Capitol Hwy) , hospitals, assisted living, jails, prisons, adult care facilities or any facility with security checkpoints requiring bag checks incur a minimum 20-minute travel time segment extension [$40.00].

Valid Identification Documents are required to positively identify each client or witness.  Acceptable ID documents include:  any DMV issued ID card or driver license, US passport or passport card, officially recognized passport of a foreign country, US military ID, Tribal ID card, government documents containing the person's photograph and signature, corrections ID.

$25/act*

*A $50.00 session fee and a $25.00 document preparation fee apply to all RON sessions.  This session fee includes 30 minutes of document preparation and live time on the online signing platform.  Multiple documents, multiple signers, additional witnesses or lengthy documents may require more preparation and signing time.  Additional time incurs a fee of $30.00/15-minute extension.  If your documents do not include required Notarial Certificate language - a state approved Notarial Certificate will be added to your documents as needed.  The fee for each added certificate is $15.00.  For a complimentary fee estimate you may email your document(s) to notary@blueinkcompanies.com for review.  Text or call us to discuss your documents at 971-599-3080.
