Remote Online Notarization

Service Description

Remote Online Notarization (RON) between 8:00am and 8:00pm: Base RON session fee of $30.00 includes 30 minutes of document preparation [preparing the document for RON by digitally tagging all required fillable blanks, initial lines and signature lines] and live session time on our RON signing platform [live session begins at your scheduled appointment time or our arrival time - whichever is later]. Additional session time over the included 30 minutes is $20.00/10-minute extension [$120.00/hour]. Each individual notarial act is $25.00 [per signature/oath].

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 4 hours of your scheduled appointment during standard hours, or any cancellation of after hours appointments will result in full charge of all travel fees and after hour appointment fees.
